How the platform works
KAMS is sold as clinical documentation software. This page is for visitors who want to understand the technology that supports drafts — not the product positioning itself.
Documentation first
The product you use is a clinical documentation platform: capture encounters, produce structured drafts, review, and save. The technology that assists with drafting is deliberately invisible in our primary messaging because clinicians buy outcomes — faster notes, better workflows, more patient time — not model names.
How drafts are produced
When you provide encounter content (voice capture or text), KAMS uses modern language models to propose a structured clinical draft — typically SOAP sections, suggested codes, and a patient-facing summary. Those models are a means to an end: a reviewable first draft.
Nothing is final until a licensed clinician reviews and approves. Generation does not write silently into your medical record.
What we do not claim
- We are not a diagnostic system
- We are not a full electronic medical record
- We do not replace professional clinical judgment
