About this application

KAMS (Kaizen Ambient Medical Scribe) is a clinical documentation web app for licensed healthcare professionals. It helps clinicians capture patient encounters, generate draft structured notes (including SOAP-style drafts and code suggestions), and review or edit every draft before anything is used in a chart. KAMS does not diagnose patients, does not replace professional judgment, and does not require you to log in to read this homepage or our policies.

Google Sign-In: If you choose “Continue with Google,” we request your Google name, email address, and (when available) profile photo only to create or sign in to your KAMS clinician account, show your identity in the app, and send security or service messages. We do not sell Google account data. Details: how we use account data · Privacy Policy · Terms of Service

What KAMS does

KAMS is decision support for documentation, not a medical record system and not a diagnostic tool. You stay responsible for every final note and all clinical decisions.

Draft structured notes

Generate draft AI SOAP notes, suggested codes, and patient-facing summaries based on the content you provide — ready for your edit.

Review before it counts

Edit, add, discard, or approve. Nothing is a final chart entry until you decide. Prepaid note credits are used when generation succeeds.

Documentation is eating the day

Nigeria's clinicians — and peers beyond — face high patient volumes and limited staff. After-clinic charting steals time from patients, family, and rest.

Less time with patientsAttention pulled into notes instead of the person in front of you
Mental fatigueExhaustion from after-clinic charting and physician burnout
Error and burnout riskIncomplete records and documentation mistakes

KAMS is built to make documentation easier and reduce documentation time — you stay in charge of every word that enters a chart.

How it works

Three steps. You stay in full control — KAMS only assists.

  1. 1
    Start the consultation

Open KAMS on your phone or tablet, select the patient, and let it listen — or paste a quick summary if the mic is not available.

    Start the consultation
  2. 2
    Review & edit

KAMS prepares a structured clinical note (AI SOAP notes, code suggestions, and more). You review, correct, or add anything in seconds.

  3. 3
    Finalize & save

Approve the note — it is saved for your account, credits are used only when a note succeeds, and the draft is ready for your workflow.

    Finalize and save

You review every note

KAMS is decision support only. The clinician remains fully responsible for clinical judgment, the final chart, and all coding decisions.

  • We do not automatically save to your medical record
  • We do not make final clinical decisions
  • We do not replace your professional judgment

You stay in complete control.
